Bergen has 10 years of experience in the private lending industry. As the manager of loan operations, she is responsible for overseeing underwriting, loan funding, loan servicing and construction rehab management.
Bergen is originally from Southern California and attended Concordia University Irvine. She currently resides in Utah and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Michelle is responsible for managing west coast operations, including loan optimization, investor relations engagement, and special projects. She has a strong background in project management, consulting, and administration from the insurance industry working with cross-functional teams and clients of all sizes.
Michelle holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Gary is responsible for loan originations and new business development. He previously held positions with Northwestern Mutual and Bank of America, specializing in consumer lending, insurance, and financial services.
Gary holds a license with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and graduated with a BA from Hope International University.

Shireesh oversees portfolio and risk management, performance attribution, and investor relations. He has experience with credit, equity, and derivative strategies across the sector and liquidity spectrum in financial markets spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
He has an MBA in Finance, Global Business, and Sustainability, from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA.

Anna comes to us with over 10 years of experience in transaction coordination (certified), escrow, real estate, and has her notary license. Most recently, she worked for Escrow Leaders in San Juan Capistrano as an Escrow Assistant.
On a personal note, Anna was born and raised in a small town in Italy and moved to the US when she was 14. She loves animals, spending time with family, and riding motorcycles.

Michelle has experience in residential loan management, collateral underwriting, and commercial property inspection. She is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the lending program, loan servicing and office management.
Michelle is also an Executive Assistant to the charitable mission of the Orange County legal community.

Huy is responsible for new investment opportunities and estate management at PrideCo. He has experience in strategy, audit, operational finance, and management. Prior to PrideCo, Huy held positions at Wells Fargo, Arthur Andersen, and Aramark.
A graduate of Pepperdine University, Huy received a BS in Accounting and completed his MBA, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, at the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and holds a Real Estate Broker License, DRE #: 02129495

Brandon Small
Brandon is responsible for operations, workouts, and investment research at PrideCo.
He has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal for his work on investment research software, has been a guest commentator on financial television programs, and frequently appears as a speaker at financial industry conferences.
Prior to PrideCo, Brandon received his BS in Finance and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Minnesota, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Matthew Lyon
As both a co-founder of the company and a Gen 2 member of the original client family, Matt provides oversight for all activities at PrideCo. Matt brings extensive experience as a leader of both operating and investment companies.
Prior to forming PrideCo, Matt led consumer products companies in the bicycling and outdoor industries for over 23+ years, including 20 years at his own company, Hydrapak. Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA/MS from Stanford University.
Matt serves on the Board of Directors for Fastest, Inc. and is an outdoor enthusiast.
